Abstract: The dynamical process of the heavy ion collision in the energy region from 10 to 100 MeV/A is investigated by the quantum molecular dynamics model. According to the calculated mass distribution, the evolution of the mass and density distribution with respect to time is calculated. The reaction mechanism and its characteristics are predicted and compared with those obtained from the BUU model.
