Abstract：
Superdeformed rotational bands in ^{191-192-193-194}Hg are analyzed by means of the U_qp(u₂) model. An overall and excellent agreement between the calculated and observed spectra E_γ, kinematic moment of inertia J⁽¹⁾ and dynamic moment of inertia J⁽²⁾, the aligned angular momentum (i=ω(J⁽¹⁾(^191-193-194Hg)-J⁽¹⁾(¹⁹²Hg))) is obtained Further more, the nuclear softness in ^{191-192-193-194}Hg are calculated by means of the U_qp (u₂) model and drawn into the nuclear. configuration analysis.
