SHELL MODEL CALCULATIONS ON 1f7/2 NUCLEI

  • In this paper the pure configuration shell model with the two-body effective resi-dual interactions deduced from the experimental data is used in the calculations of the spectroscopy properties of the nuclei in the region 40<A<56.The results are com-pared with experimental data, then we believe that for many nuclei with mass number-ranging from 40 to 56 the simple (1f7/2n model is a good approach,especially in the explanation of the higher angular momenta states.But,there are some contraries ex-posing the limitation of this model.
