Measurement of the h11/2 Band of 117Cs

Abstract: A new rotational band was identified in the reaction of 28Si+92Mo by means of in-beam 7-ray methods. By carefully analyzing the band intensity and structure properties, the band is considered likely as the h11/2 proton band of 117Cs.
