Abstract: The HF energy density functional H [ρn,ρp] is obtained by utilizing the kinetic energy density sunctional τq[ρn,ρp] and spin-orbit density functional Jq[ρn,ρp] in semiclassical approximation.The nuclear ground state densities are determined by varying the functional with respect to ρn and ρp under certain conditions.A series of nuclear static and isoscalar giant resonances properties are evaluated with above determined densities.All the results are in good agreement with experimental and HF(RPA) ones.
