Abstract：
The HF energy density functional H [ρ_n,ρ_p] is obtained by utilizing the kinetic energy density sunctional τ_q[ρ_n,ρ_p] and spin-orbit density functional J_q[ρ_n,ρ_p] in semiclassical approximation.The nuclear ground state densities are determined by varying the functional with respect to ρ_n and ρ_p under certain conditions.A series of nuclear static and isoscalar giant resonances properties are evaluated with above determined densities.All the results are in good agreement with experimental and HF(RPA) ones.
